Emmy's 2nd Birthday Party

In February, our little girl turned TWO! We celebrated with a kitty cat and doggie themed party :)

It was fun to host our first bigger party at the house! We had about 10 kids and 15 adults attend. The layout is great for hosting and the kids had plenty of room to run around and play. Both the playroom and basement downstairs had lots of toys to keep everyone busy and happy!

The family room decorated for the party. It's great when the fireplace can double as storage for presents ;)

It's the birthday girl!

Lauren with the aunts. Lunchtime!

We kept the menu simple - picked up chicken tenders and a hoagie tray from Colonial Farms down the road (if you're only going to have a small market in town, this is the one to have - the food is so good!). I also made mac n cheese.

Emmy and one of her besties from school Violette

They love each other! Hugs!

Nolan got his two best buds from school - Jaiden and Mason (who happen to have younger siblings in Emmy's class - Shane and Violette). Here's Nolan and Jaiden with his two Iron Man masks on.

Love my parents. Dean does too <3

Kitty cat cake!! Colonial farms did an awesome job!

Time to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl!

We're now in the "terrible two's!" Although everyone knows they are easy compared to three! ;) We are loving our spunky, determined little girl and can't wait to see what this year brings!
