Almost done with Christmas posts ;)
It's always hard to coordinate all the Christmas activities and family get-togethers. This year we missed Christmas eve at my parent's and went to Aunt Jessica's with the cousins. For Christmas day, we spent the day at home then headed over to the Pappas's along with my parents for Christmas dinner.
After we got home from Jessica's, we set out our Christmas cookies we had made for Santa (plus some carrots for the reindeer) and milk and the kids went to bed in their family red Christmas pajamas - still fit from last year!

| Christmas cookies, carrot, and milk in Santa cup. Nolan wrote his own note to Santa this year! |
| "Dear Santa, Merry Christmas. We were good this year. Emilia & Nolan" |
| Family picture before bed! Everyone in red jammies (including Deaner!) |
| Is there any better sight than a lit up Christmas tree with all the presents under it on Christmas Eve?! The anticipation is so magical. |
| The kids' big presents this year were tee-pees! They looked awesome with the fairy lights wrapped around them. |
| Each kid got a "mermaid pillow" - you can draw on them by flipping the sequins. Santa left an "E" on Emmy's. |
| ...and an "N" on Nolan's |
| The stockings are filled and hung by the chimney with care! |
| Merry Christmas with home-made elves! |
Christmas morning was so amazing. There's nothing better than experiencing Christmas with young kids. It may be even better than being a kid yourself. The kids came down so excited and couldn't wait to see what Santa left for them.

| Santa came! |
| Santa and Rudolf ate their snacks and left a note back for the kids! |
