Christmas Day at Nonna and Pop Pop's

Last Christmas Post! We finished up our Christmas tour at Nonna and Pop Pop's on Christmas Day after we opened presents at home. The nice thing about our new location is we're only a little over an hour away so it's easy to do day trips!

This is why I am blessed. (PS - Nolan hates posed photos!)
Sometimes, candids are the only family photos you can get with a 3 year old!

My mom and dad cooked a delicious prime rib, and we had a nice celebration with them, my Aunt Peggy, and adopted family of George and Popou.

The cutest grandparents

Christmas poppers and crowns - a family tradition!

Christmas day selfie (and miracle that Nolan smiled for a phone picture!)

They love each other so much!
After dinner, it was time for presents (round 3!) We're so spoiled!

These two have such a special bond <3

Hess Truck! 2nd year in a row - always a hit. Love Nonna looking on in the background.

Checking out his new Hess Truck with Aunt Peggy

Aunt Peggy's Robot toy was a hit!

Best gift of the night! Could it be more perfect for him?!
After presents and dessert, we drove home while our kids were exhausted in the back from all the excitement. It was so wonderful to have the entire week off between Christmas and New Years with Joe and the kids. We spent the rest of the weekend relaxing at the "Clum-House" and playing with toys. I took the next few shots on the day after Christmas. Everyone was still recovering!

Baby's first Christmas was a success!

Such a stinker! Silly girl

Scooted right up and wanted Mommy!
Three going on Thirteen. Save the face for your teen years!

Nap time! Someone was sleepy from a busy few days
She wasn't the only one!
It's been sad packing away all the Christmas supplies (Nolan cried when we took the Christmas tree down!) He's already talking about next Christmas. My attention has promptly switched over to getting ready for Emmy's big First Birthday Party, and thinking about Valentine's for Nolan's new school. Plus now that the holidays are over, homes are starting to be listed again! I have a feeling time will continue to move at warp speed over the next few months. I try to constantly remind myself to live in the moment and cherish these busy days!
