FIVE months!

I'm home with a sick kiddo - Nolan's first real sickness. While I'm thankful we didn't have do deal with this when he was younger (which would have been much scarier!), it still pains me to see him not feel well. Last night he had his first real vomit (not just spit up), and this morning he's had a 100F fever. He's still acting normally, eating, and is hydrated so no need for alarm, he just needs mommy cuddles :)

Luckily we had our photoshoot yesterday before he started feeling sick. One more month until Nolan's 1/2 birthday... so hard to believe!

Nolan continues to light up our life every day. Nothing will ever make the loss of Emily easier, but having him in my life helps fill a spot in my heart that was previously empty. He brings more and more joy to us every day. We look forward to so many happy times with him ahead.
